Paul Rodgers/Bad Company to Tour?

Adding more fuel to the rumor that the Queen + Paul Rodgers thing is over, a one-line blurb on the official Bad Company Web site simply says "Just announced: Bad Company to tour in 2009!"

I would certainly see this show. 3/4 of the original band (including guitarist Mick Ralphs), and Rodgers' voice is as strong as ever. Bad Company had so many great songs. This one is a winner if it happens.

Excuse the outfits and dig the rawness of this awesome version. Too bad late bassist Boz Burrell won't be able to grace this reunion.

Awesome, both the clip and the idea that they would tour. I'd go see that.

I'm also totally frothing at the mouth at all those old SVTs at the back of stage right. Thunder!

Isorski - believe it or not I saw Paul Rodgers perform in the Commissary (military speak for grocery store) parking lot at Osan Air Base in South Korea in July of 2000. This was during my time in the Air Force and happened a few days before I came back to the states (and a couple of weeks after seeing Warrant perform on the base school's football field). I don't know if he was with any BC members or not, but he put on a hell of a great show with lots of old BC songs.

I MUST see this show. I know I saw BC back in the day, but I don't remember it very well :( I think Paul has one of the best voices out there and they have some great stuff.

Dr. John - get out of here! How cool is that???
