The most classic part of this so far is that in his comments on his Web site, he doesn't deny that it's him. He just says that his lawyers are doing what they need to do. Probably because he's not making any money off of it, and that is bad in Gene's world! His comment:

I just wonder what Shannon will be saying to him when nobody is around! He may not be using that part of his body ever agian she may just cut it off! If she has any of the temper you see on that TV show on A&E.
I saw the video my wife pulled up part of it when she just wanted to find out more about it up popped the video itself. It IS him no doubt. So he may have had like you said the lawyers stop it because he ain't made no money off it.
All I can say is we all know with celebs no such thing as bad press.
He posted on his Web site that the black and white footage 'could be decades old.' What crap. Look at his hair! That could have been shot yesterday. What an idiot.
